	• Stays informed on agricultural issues as they pertain to the local economy. • Actively involved in water issues to ensure our future water supplies. • Monitors agricultural related legislation and provides input • Provides scholarships annually to students pursuing an agriculture related degree. • Hosts a Water Tour to educate about irrigation and water issues. • Assists with UNL Big Red Fair by hosting a meal • Hosts an educational tour of the Western Sugar Facility		• Promotes public relations for the Chamber • Presents First Dollar Certificates • Attends Ribbon Cuttings and Ground Breakings • Recognizes Relocations and Expansions • Participates in Grand Openings and Business After Hours • Assists with membership retention through the mentoring program • Assists with Operation Thank You visits in May

	• Community taskforce for unified projects in thirteen business districts • Unified Directional Signage current project is in Phase Two. • Community Pride gives business recognition for aesthetic improvements • Assists with the Monument Riverfront Development projects (Botanical Gardens, Wayside Exhibits and Riverside Discovery Center) • Beautification projects are ongoing for Scottsbluff, Gering and Terrytown • Downtown Revitalization Taskforce conducted survey for downtown improvements and assists TCD with grants for beautification.
